Wayland Training Camp: June 29-July 2, 2009

Champion's training camp is a new addition to Summer 2009. This program will be for boys and girls entering grades 9-12. The goal of this camp is to demonstate and reinforce proper techniques in the areas of shooting, passing, heading, dribbling, 1 v 1 offense and defense, trapping, and shielding. Participants will be exposed to drills they can continue to repeat over the course of the summer, so that they will come into preseason with refined skills and a high level of conditioning. Participants are expected to bring their own ball, water, cleats and shingaurds.
