2026 Camp Logistics

On the first day of camp, please accompany your child with the necessary paperwork to complete registration! Registration is not complete until we receive a physical with immunizations. Registration begins at 8:45 am on the first day of camp.

All camps run from 9 am to 3 pm. Please be prompt for both pickup and drop off. Late pickups will be subject to a $20/day fee. See below for the location of drop-off/pick-up for each location. Staff will be there to greet campers and check them in. For each day of K-8 camp, parents must “check-in” their child and “sign-out” their child with a staff member – if someone else will be picking up your child or you would like them to give permission for them to walk home, you must bring a signed note in or send us a message on Brightwheel. Parents do not need to check-in and sign-out High School campers.

  • Sneakers (in case we need to go indoors to play int he gym)
  • Bagged lunch and snacks (no refrigerator available)
  • Comfortable clothes appropriate for physical activity
  • Sunscreen (we also have sunscreen available onsite)
  • Please bring at least one filled large water bottle — we supply water and cups, but bringing water helps our staff spend more time on what’s most important – your kids!
  • Soccer cleats (K-1 optional, 2-4 encouraged, 5-8 highly encouraged, HS required) and shin pads (K1 optional, 2-8 highly recommended, HS required).

If you are dropping off medication for us to hold while you child(ren) attend camp, you must fill out this Medication form. Please print the form, fill it out, and drop it off along with the medication on the first day of camp.  All medication should be delivered in a ziplock bag labeled with your child’s full name. If your medication comes in a box (ex: epipen) make sure your child’s name is on this as well.

Belmont K-8

We will have access to indoor space at the Daniel Butler Elementary School for all but the last week of the summer (8/26 – 8/30). We should not need to cancel for inclement weather except for that last week when we will be at PQ Park for the full week. If there is inclement weather for that last week, we would need to have a half-day or cancel depending on the forecast.

Tewksbury K-8

We will have access to the snack shack at Frasca Field for interim protection from inclement weather. We will not be able to operate on days with long periods of inclement weather but can operate with some inclement weather in a given day.

Wayland K-9

We will have access to indoor space at the Wayland Middle School for emergency use only. We will not be able to operate for long periods of inclement weather so may have to cancel any days that would need to be completely indoors. We will be able to go inside for smaller windows of time to shelter and then go back out for activity. We will operate outside in the rain.

Wilmington K-9

In 2026, we will have access to the gym and cafeteria during our June and July camps and will be able to operate on inclement weather days. For our two weeks in August, we will have more limited access to the buildings, so can use the buildings for emergency access but may not be able to operated days that are going to be inclement (e.g., lightning/severe storms) for the majority of the day. We generally do operate in the rain if the fields are playable (but will go insides for breaks from the rain in June/July).
